We are seeking an enthusiastic, relationship-focused teacher of outdoor education to join the progressive and student-centred Health and Physical Education Faculty at Lynfield College.
The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of outdoor education within the Health and Physical Education curriculum, and a passion for learning experiences that connect students with te taiao (the natural environment). They will be an innovative, engaging teacher who promotes teamwork, resilience, and leadership through a range of learning contexts. They will work collaboratively with staff to support equity and excellence, and demonstrate a strong commitment to the College’s values of wairua kaha, manaakitanga, whanaungatanga tika, and hinengaro wawata.
Applicants must be NZ registered teachers living in New Zealand and be fully conversant with the NZ Curriculum.
