Relief Teachers

If you are interested in joining Long Bay College in a relief teaching capacity, we welcome your application.

Long Bay College is a co-educational secondary school located in a peaceful setting near Long Bay Beach and the new Long Bay Village.

The school opened in 1975 and has just under 1800 students with approximately 150 teaching and support staff combined.

Car parking is provided on-site.

We promote our school values of Care, Respect, Creativity, and Community.

We aim to respond with an update on your application within a few weeks of it being submitted.

You must be residing in New Zealand and hold a current practising certificate with the Teaching Council of New Zealand to be considered for a relief teaching role.

Please note the school requires fewer external relief teachers during Term 4, as senior students will be on exam leave.
