Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Project Manager to join our Palmerston North Division.

This is a pivotal role for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes across a diverse portfolio of projects.As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing existing programmes of work while actively cultivating new client relationships and strengthening existing ones.

Your leadership and experience will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of Residential, Light Commercial, Insurance, and Maintenance projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects across the regionServe as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersManage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with company policiesChampion Health & Safety protocols and ensure site complianceConduct site visits, prepare tender documentation, and develop construction methodologies and programmesOversee resource allocation and workforce wellbeingFoster a positive team culture aligned with our company values and group policiesRequirementsMinimum 3 years of Project Management experience in a multi-divisional construction environmentFormal Project Management qualification preferred, or a proven track record with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experienceProven experience using MS Project to develop and manage construction programmes.
