We are looking for a highly capable and efficient Practice Administrator to join our Litigation team in Auckland.

Acting on some of the biggest cases in New Zealand, our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team has an outstanding reputation and ranked Tier 1 by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific.

The team love what they do and are passionate about delivering excellent work to clients, so they are looking for someone with the same momentum, passion for excellence, and a good sense of humour!

As a Practice Administrator you are essential in ensuring the team runs in the most efficient way possible, allowing lawyers to focus on servicing their clients.

This role champions change and opportunities to improve, and uses excellent interpersonal skills, organisation, communication, and technology skills to best support the Litigation practice area.

Our ideal candidate will have :

a minimum of 1 year legal administration experience

experience supporting a busy team with multiple tasks (including diary management, project work, travel and invoicing / billing)

strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to anticipate needs

a strong attention to detail - taking pride in doing a great job

experience with a document management system and electronic billing

a bright and positive "can-do" attitude
