He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About this role

Reporting to the Manager Asset Lifecycle, the focus of this role is the development and implementation of Watercare’s Asset Lifecycle Framework by leading a whole-of-life and evidence-based approach to processes, publications, technical decisions.

This role is key to ensuring quality in design and construction of our assets to support our long-term growth and sustainability outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing expert technical competency and guidance
• Managing and developing Watercare’s Engineering Standards Framework (ESF)
• Leading the development of key water and wastewater engineering standards and guidelines
• Leading the approval of products and equipment for application within Watercare’s asset base.
