In this exciting, newly created role, Resident Services Manager at Princess Alexandra Retirement Village in Napier you will : Lead the effective delivery of the Village service functions which includes our kitchen, housekeeping, gardening, maintenance, laundry and administration teams Have oversight for all risk management and health and safety related processes for the village Human Resource tasks within the village including inductions, recruitment, training, performance reviews and payroll assistance Providing leadership at the Village in the absence of the Village Manager This is a Full Time role.
You will need to be flexible outside of these hours, as part of the role will require your ability to work on call.

Who are you?
