• Our Automotive Parts Interpreters are experts who :
• Provide technical support to our trade and retail customers through using their expert automotive parts / mechanical knowledge
• Build effective customer relationships
• Are superstar sellers and problem solvers, and use up-to-date product information and knowledge
• Are committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
• Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role
• Are safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates!
• The successful applicant will :
• Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience
• Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
• Be comfortable sharing knowledge and have the ability to communicate in a technical and non-technical manner
• Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focused with sound computer skills
• Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently
• Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred).
