Providing clinical expertise and leadership, ensuring equitable access and timely services, while upholding contractual obligations and performance targets; primarily across the Waikato region, as well as other regions 'as required' e.g. Taamaki Makaurau region.Flexibility is key as this role also involves advocating for whaanau and working across diverse settings, including clinics, homes, and community spaces, to maximize health and well-being outcomes.This role is based in Huntly and is Monday to Friday 8 : 30am to 5pm.ResponsibilitiesLead an integrated team of clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure a coordinated, recovery-focused, and multi-disciplinary approach to careOversee and maintain operational systems and databases to meet service delivery and compliance requirementsProactively manage resources to support the efficient and effective delivery of careBuild and maintain strong working relationships with kaimahi and external service providersProduce and analyse data related to Early Years and Community Health Services to monitor performance and inform decision-makingWork collaboratively with the General Manager to meet all contractual obligations and service targetsProvide timely and accurate reports to the General Manager, contributing to strategic planning and service developmentMonitor and review service delivery to ensure best practice standards are met, maintained, and regularly evaluatedFoster a cohesive, high-performing team environment that prioritises clinical excellence, cultural safety, and whanau-centred careTo be considered for this role you will need to haveHold a current Nursing Council of New Zealand Annual Practising CertificateCurrent Independent Authorised Vaccinator and Cervical Screening CertificatesMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in a clinical leadership role within a medium-sized organisationExperience in a similar role would be an advantage or able to demonstrate an understanding of NZ Health especially in relation to Rangatahi, Mental Health and addictions servicesProven experience in database management and maintaining accurate data recordsDemonstrated ability to prepare and present reports to the General ManagerStrong experience in data analysis to inform decision-making and improve service deliveryEstablished and strong professional relationships within the Waikato districtExpertise in both clinical practice and leadership to effectively lead and inspire a teamWhat we offerEAP servicesCORE first aid trainingSupportive team environment and ongoing training provided.It is mandatory to haveBe legally entitled to work in New Zealand / Aotearoa (Citizenship, Work Visa or NZ Residency)Preferred applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks.If this sounds like you and you would like to work within a strong supportive and growing team environment, be part of the movement!
