We are seeking a highly capable Senior Technical / Bid Writer to lead the development of complex, high-value proposals and strategic documentation for Ventia Northern Electricity & Renewables region. This role combines expert writing skills with a strong understanding of project estimation, ensuring submissions are compelling, commercially sound, and competitive. You will work closely with subject matter experts, estimators, and senior stakeholders to craft winning bids that reflect our technical capabilities and value proposition.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end bid writing and submission process for large-scale tenders and proposals.
• Proven experience in development of Gate papers to Executive / Senior Leadership.
• Translate technical and commercial concepts into clear, persuasive content tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with estimators and project teams to ensure accuracy and alignment of costings and scope.
• Review and refine estimation inputs to ensure consistency and clarity in bid documentation.
• Maintain a library of reusable content, case studies, and pricing narratives.
• Support strategic initiatives including capability statements, white papers, and presentations.
