In this pivotal role, you'llbe responsible for growing our community by networking, generating leads, and converting interest into memberships.

You'll collaborate closely with a dedicated team of Membership Advisors, working strategically to achieve collective targets while supporting one another's success.Your day-to-day will be varied—you might be greeting new visitors, giving tours of our well-equipped facilities, tailoring membership solutions, answering queries, or following up with past members.

You'll provide exceptional customer service both in person and via digital channels, ensuring everyone who interacts with Clubfit feels valued and inspired.Key Responsibilities : Engage proactively with prospective and existing members to understand their fitness needs and promote the benefits of Clubfit membershipsNetwork in the local community and generate new business opportunities for the clubProvide tours of the gym, showcasing facilities, classes, and servicesMaintain accurate records of sales leads, follow-ups, and conversions using computer systemsDeliver an outstanding customer experience, addressing enquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionallySupport marketing campaigns and contribute creative ideas to help boost membership numbersUphold Clubfit's standards of presentation and brand values at all timesCollaborate effectively within a team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting your colleaguesCollaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for member journey enhancement and retention.What We're Looking For : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with people from all walks of lifeExperience in sales, customer service, or a similar role—preferably within the fitness, sport, or health industryA proven track record in driving sales and exceeding targets, with the ability to identify new revenue streams and convert leads into loyal membersOutstanding computer literacy and confidence using membership and CRM systemsStrong self-motivation, attention to detail, and professionalism in every aspect of your workFlexibility to work weekends, evenings and across both Clubfit facilities, with occasional adjustment as required to meet business needs.High level of personal presentation and a positive, can-do attitudeA genuine passion for fitness, and helping others achieve their health and wellbeing goalsA collaborative approach, reliability, and the willingness to make a positive contribution to the wider communityLegal right to work in New Zealand is essentialWhy Clubfit?
