Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Procurement Coordinator reporting to our Procurement Manager, to contribute and support our procurement activities. You'll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure we comply with regulatory and commercial standards while streamlining our processes to seek ways to continuously improve and support procurement at Orion.This is a diverse role where your solutions-focused approach and passion for delivering excellent procurement outcomes will set you up for ongoing success. You'll coordinate tendering processes, manage documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.   • Coordinate and deliver Portfolio and Connections procurement activities
  • Support tendering processes including documentation, clarifications and evaluations
  • Identify and drive process improvements to streamline procurement workflows
  • Support the enhancement of our customer experiences and improving social and environmental outcomes
  • Ensure we comply with our regulatory, commercial and internal standards while supporting audit activities
  • Provide regular updates and reports across procurement activities, including contributing to supplier newslettersAbout you
  • Significant previous experience within a complex commercial or procurement environment
  • Ability to communicate and convey information and ideas to various audiences
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement, accuracy, consistency and outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
