About the roleWe are seeking an inspiring head kaiako to lead our team and champion teaching excellence.

This permanent, full-time role blends pedagogical leadership, operational management, and teaching responsibilities.

You will : Lead with clarity, mana, and visionMentor kaiako, fostering reflective practice and growthEmbed Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles in daily practiceBuild strong partnerships with tamariki, whanau, and the haporiModel inclusive and sustainable teaching practices

What we are looking forYou will be a registered and certificated ECE kaiako with 5+ years' experience, proven leadership skills, confidence in internal evaluation, and a commitment to bicultural and inclusive practice.
