As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in translating business needs into practical technology solutions that enable real change. You’ll work across our organisation to define, document, and manage business requirements, supporting our Transformation Work Programme and delivering valuable outcomes through robust systems and processes.
This role will suit someone experienced in both agile and traditional delivery approaches, who enjoys turning complex business needs into elegant, user‑centric solutions.
As an experienced Business Analyst, you’ll step into a pivotal role where your expertise will help shape meaningful, tech‑enabled solutions that deliver real impact. You’ll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to gather, analyse and translate business needs into practical outcomes—supporting the development of business cases, procurement processes, and solution design.
You’ll play a key role in shaping high‑level requirements that guide our market engagement and vendor selection, ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver long‑term value. You’ll also collaborate closely with our ICT vendor to enable and configure tools, helping the organisation get set up with the right capabilities and ensuring features are activated to support business outcomes.
You’ll also have a strong voice in project planning and risk management, while building trusted relationships across the organisation to align business goals with smart, sustainable technology solutions. Band 18 : $126,905 – $149,300 (Based on skills and experiences)
