Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of land law and subdivisions.
Proven research and analytical ability as well as a particular interest or experience in local government work is highly desirable.You'll work closely with Delys Brough and Shehan de Silva on a varied and interesting mix of matters, including regular involvement in local authority work, making this an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in a specialised and growing area.Senior Solicitor / Associate - Property & Commercial (3-6 Years PQE)We're particularly looking for robust commercial law experience across a range of matters as well as solid general property experience, including conveyancing and land-related transactions.
