Nurse Specialist : Regional Ophthalmology
An exciting opportunity has opened up in the regional Ophthalmology service for a nurse to step into a unique and rewarding role.
About the Role
The regional Ophthalmology department provides high quality care to patients in the Auckland Region and offers a range of secondary and tertiary services. Whilst primarily based at Greenlane Clinical Centre, we also provide services at various sites across the Auckland Region.
You will be joining an established senior nursing team who work autonomously and collaboratively with other specialists to meet the needs of the population across the wider region.
In this role you will :
Deliver specialty care to patients undergoing eye surgery by providing perioperative care, specifically performing Sub-Tenon blocks.
You will be provided with supervision and training.
