About the Role

This is a 6 month fixed‑term role covering parental leave. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting hands‑on with digital marketing, creating, testing and refining campaigns that capture attention and deliver real results.

You’ll help bring our digital activity to life, working closely with teammates and external partners to make sure everything connects seamlessly across channels. From creating engaging eDMs and optimising ad performance to supporting campaigns that connect thousands of students with work opportunities, you’ll play a key part in sharing what SJS does best.

You’ll also support revenue growth by helping promote SJS’s products and services, strengthening our brand presence with students, employers, and partners along the way.

What you'll do

• Digital campaign strategy and delivery : Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive brand awareness, and stakeholder engagement. Monitor performance and optimise campaigns in real time to ensure strong return on investment (ROI).
• Data‑driven optimisation and reporting : Track, analyse, and report on campaign and product marketing performance. Provide actionable insights to support leadership decision‑making. Optimise marketing activities to maximise engagement, conversion, and revenue outcomes.
• Advertising execution : Manage direct and programmatic advertising campaigns to generate revenue and value for partners. Leverage platforms such as Google Ad Manager, social media, and email marketing to deliver impactful campaigns and report on performance.
• Content and project support : Support wider marketing and strategic initiatives through project delivery.
• SJS Partnerships support : Plan and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Partnerships team to promote fundraising, recruitment, and other paid products, utilising relevant platforms to maximise reach, engagement, and revenue.

Skills and Experience

We’re looking for a digital marketer with a passion for delivering results, growing revenue, and enhancing engaging campaigns across digital channels. You bring a strong understanding of marketing performance, customer behaviour, and how to optimise digital and product marketing to achieve strategic goals.
