Rural Technician

Our Primary Industries group has an exciting opportunity for a Rural Technician based in Hamilton.

Your primary role will focus on the end-to-end delivery of pond leakage testing services, undertaking field testing and conducting measurement services.

Using your skills in project management, you’ll manage and deliver WSP’s Pond Drop Testing services to a high standard, ensuring client needs are met on time and according to our guiding principles.

You’ll also assist in the organisation, field work and delivery of any other rural projects.

About you :

• Relevant tertiary qualification in agriculture science, engineering or environmental studies
• This role requires a significant amount of physical activity and successful applicants must be able to safely work in an outside rural environment
• Knowledge of farming and rural matters
• Current, clean drivers license
