Project Architect

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technician / Technical Lead to join our team. This pivotal role leads design documentation across all stages of architectural projects. Working closely with Project Leaders, clients, consultants, and internal teams, you will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, to the highest quality, and in compliance with CPA standards. In addition to technical leadership for the practice, you may also step into a Project Leader role where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Prepare accurate drawings, models, and schedules in Revit.
• Coordinate consultant input and ensure seamless project documentation.
• Support Project Leaders in client, consultant, and authority meetings.
• Conduct site visits and assist in resolving design issues during construction.
• Manage project records, documentation, and ensure compliance with CPA’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster technical growth and excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

Diploma in Architectural Practice (or equivalent).
