You will provide technical leadership for ourTesting Practices and environments,SDLC phasingandTestplatformreliability.You will bring technical leadership, mentor and guide engineers at all levels, conduct training sessions, and promote continuous learning and technical excellence.

Your leadership will inspire innovation, align strategies, and strengthen BNZ'sTestingcapabilitiesand environments.This critical role shapes our long-term technologytestingstrategyinSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC)practices,utilising a broad range of technical skillset, troubleshootingsystem andtest issues,driving innovation while fostering collaboration and alignment.Success in this role will look like a well-maintained, reliable end-to-end test environment that enables fast, confident delivery across multiple systems and integration points.The successful candidate will have established strong automation practices and frameworks that reduce manual effort, improve test coverage, and provide clear visibility of quality across the delivery pipeline.
