About the Role
Full time, permanent.
Location : Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch.
This is a phone-based role where you'll manage a wide range of customer requests, ensuring they're actioned within agreed timeframes and service levels.
You'll work closely with internal teams across Westpac to connect customers with the right support and solutions.
What will you bring?
Has prior phone-based customer service experience.
Is passionate about delivering exceptional service to Business Banking customers.
Has a good understanding of business clients and their unique needs.
Communicates clearly and professionally via phone and email.
Represents the business unit in a friendly, confident, and professional manner.
Uses initiative and takes ownership to consistently deliver on promises.
Is eager to learn and grow within the role.
Holds a tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential).
