About the Role

The roles focus is purely on new business.

You'll engage warm enquiries, build referral networks, and convert opportunities into signed managements.

Once agreements are secured, our property managers take over, leaving you free to grow the portfolio.

You'll have the backing of in-house marketing and admin support, proven systems, and a collaborative leadership team that celebrates success.

What you will do :

Qualify and convert inbound leads into new managements

Build and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, and referrers

Manage your pipeline and follow up promptly

Represent Crockers with professionalism and confidence

What we are looking for

Proven business development or sales experience (property or related industries ideal)

Confidence, resilience, and a genuine connection with people

Strong organisational and presentation skills

A focus on client outcomes and doing things properly
