This is a full-time, permanent role, and requires some travel around Hawkes Bay – mostly day trips however there will be the occasional out of region team catch-up.
Duties of the role :
Support trainee career pathways and training progression through collaboration with employers, trainees and industry expertsPromote company services to attract trainees and apprenticesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersIdentify new business opportunities and target clientsManage regular call cycles and appointments throughout Hawkes BayPromote services at industry events and engage with potential customers and traineesManage the CRM and ensure documentation is compliant with set standardsBenefits :

Have a passion for training and developmentExperience in education / NZQA knowledge / training and development may be advantageousProven experience of business development and effectively managing client relationshipsGreat computer skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracyThis role requires a real “People Person”You must hold a clean, full NZ drivers’ licence to be considered for this role as it comes with a company vehicle and requires travel around the region.
