Service Manager – Hamilton District CourtTe Haeata / The OpportunityWe are looking for someone with experience managing a team, providing guidance, training, and support, to ensure the team's efficient performance and professional development, whilst maintaining a positive team culture and environment. This role reports to a Manager Justice Service and works collaboratively with the team to strengthen people's trust in the Law of Aotearoa New Zealand.   • operational management experience, ideally in the District Court and Tribunals environment
  • previous experience in managing and developing the capability of staff
  • proven leadership skills to motivate and lead staff to achieve targets and understand their contribution to the bigger picture
  • good track record in supporting and implementing changes to business and work processes
  • be adaptable in a changing operations and customer centric environment
  • to possess well-developed interpersonal skills which will enable you to establish relationships and motivate others
  • able to develop and maintain strong working relationships
  • strong analytical, tactical, and strategic ability.
