This starts from the moment the customer walks in the door, to providing guidance around our products and ensuring they find what they need, upselling where you can and processing the sale at the till.Duties IncludeAlways have a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customersProvide genuine service & create moments that matter with customersUse your strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performanceMaintain exceptional showroom presentation & merchandising standardsProcess stock; receive, dispatch & storeBe an enthusiastic, cooperative & collaborative Repco team member, and contribute to a positive team cultureNote, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.Skills & experienceThis is a very customer focused position so you'll naturally be a people person and a passionate customer service expert, ideally with previous retail and / or customer service experience.GPC Asia PacificMovement is in our DNA.
