Senior Commercial Project Manager

A leading consultancy with capabilities across all types of commercial construction projects are looking for a Senior / Associate Project Manager to join the team. Clients exist across a variety of public and private sectors with a variety in project size and value anywhere between $10-100M+. This particular role will start off on a $100M+ project and so this is a fantastic opportunity to hit the ground running with a great business.

The Role

This autonomous role will see you take responsibility for external and internal clients, including programme management, commercial negotiations and contract management, design management and procurement. Initially you’ll be focussed on the project delivery of this large build, but going forward you will manage projects through design / preconstruction etc.

This role requires :

• Experienced as a Project Manager for a consultancy operating in the construction industry
• Commercial construction experience
• Highly technical background – degree qualified preferred
• Analytical – able to understand specifications, drawings and formulate work programmes
• The ability to drive and achieve deadlines
• Capable of communicating with anyone, from the board to an onsite contractor
