He angit ū tanga | About the role
As an Investigation Officer within our National Compliance Team you'll have the opportunity apply your law enforcement and investigative skills in the protection of New Zealand's unique wildlife, cultural and natural taonga. The focus of your role will be to lead investigations into breaches of conservation legislation. This role involves a high level of responsibility, working across several DOC regions and extensive engagement and coaching of DOC rangers.

The salary range for this position is $79,656 to $100,639. Salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on their level of relevant skills and experience.
