About the Role
Te Whatu Ora Te Tai Tokerau is looking for a motivated Clinical Nurse Specialist to provide specialist diabetes advice, education and case management for primary and secondary service clients with complex issues, either directly with the client or via another health provider.
This is a clinical leadership role to assist in enhancing health outcomes for people with diabetes and to provide educational leadership for diabetes care in Northland.

About you
Whilst not essential, applicants who have an expert level of diabetes knowledge and skills framework and / or experience in adult teaching or counselling will be highly desirable.
