Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you will take ownership of your territory, driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring our products achieve outstanding visibility and performance in-store.What you'll be doing : Building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional serviceDriving sales growth across confectionery ranges, including counter lines and seasonal productsExecuting sales strategies to achieve and exceed targetsExpanding distribution, presence, and display in-storeIdentifying opportunities and sharing market insights with the wider sales and marketing teamRepresenting DKSH at customer and industry eventsWhat you'll bring : Proven FMCG sales experience with a track record of success in the route tradeSales and negotiation expertise, consistently achieving or exceeding targetsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholdersRelationship-building ability, fostering long-term partnerships with customersResults-driven mindset with a proactive, collaborative approachTech-savvy skills, including MS Office and mobile tools (iPads) for business reportingA current full driver's licence (territory travel required)This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
