Key Responsibilities :

• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry advancements, implementing new procedures and best practices to enhance project efficiency.
• Engage in project start-up meetings, collaborating with the team to develop effective solutions during the design phase.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a growing team of drafters, sharing your expertise and fostering professional development.
• Lead the documentation process from concept to completion, tackling design and construction challenges across various disciplines.
• Focus on fresh, new projects rather than revisiting old corrections, with three major new building projects ready for your expertise.

Next Career Step :

• Potentially progress to a Coordinator role, overseeing a team of 2-3 drafters and managing project workflows.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 5 years of drafting experience on large-scale building projects is required.
