Senior Product Lead - Enterprise Security

Overview

Senior Product Lead to join the Enterprise Security Services team in the Digital & Technology Enterprise Hub.

This role focuses on securing our digital workplace and may involve autonomy, handling ambiguity, and strong organizational skills.

Previous experience with implementing identity and access management or security products is preferred.

Responsibilities

Clearly communicating the why of prioritised work and how it will progress objectives

Working with product management to develop and define roadmaps

Gathering and translating business requirements into user stories for prioritised work

Refining user stories, breaking down work to deliver value early and often, and maintaining a high-quality backlog

Facilitating agile ceremonies that produce solid deliverables and outcomes

Providing transparent reporting on progress and escalation when needed

Developing enduring relationships with your squad, product area leads, stakeholders and vendors

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritise and drive the implementation and adoption of new security controls and products

Key skills and experience

Proven experience in a cross-functional agile environment in a product role

Strong stakeholder management at all levels of the Digital and Technology team

Ability to think long term while managing near-term details to handle business and technology complexity

Ability to communicate with engineers and architects to enable effective delivery of features and success criteria

Experience in building operational processes

Familiarity with delivery and adoption of enterprise security products and controls (identity, access management, least privilege, data protection, or RBAC) is preferred

Qualifications and attributes

Comfortable operating autonomously and working through ambiguity

Highly organised with strong prioritisation and execution skills
