Shape the future of construction in Wellington.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and forward-thinking Commercial Manager to join our Wellington leadership team.

The opportunity
As Commercial Manager, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across all commercial and financial functions within the region.
You'll work closely with our operations and pre-construction teams to deliver commercial excellence across a portfolio of projects, and a strong forward pipeline.
This role goes beyond the numbers, it's about helping to grow the business.
You'll identify opportunities early, challenge the status quo, and help guide our regional strategy with a 24-month lookahead mindset.
You'll also lead a team of talented quantity surveyor managers and quantity surveyors, supported by experienced commercial and contract specialists.
With around 30 commercial staff at varying stages of their careers, your ability to coach, empower, and build capability will be key to sustaining the strong, people-first culture that defines our Wellington team.
