We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take on the role of Manager, Ministerial Services. This is a pivotal position within BRM, responsible for leading a team of skilled advisors and setting the strategic direction for ministerial servicing across the group.
This role requires someone who has :
You will be a key member of the branch leadership team, contributing to strategic planning, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities :
You will have proven ability to positively influence others, maintaining positive and effective relationships across the group and enterprise, using your influence others as necessary.
