We’re on the lookout for a Quality Systems Manager to lead the way in maintaining and improving the systems that keep our products safe, compliant and trusted. This role is all about designing and embedding processes that support manufacturing, drive food safety and quality outcomes and strengthen our internal capability to meet both regulatory and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and improve Synlait’s Quality Management program ensuring it is effective and future-fit.
• Drive risk management plan structure and compliance systems to deliver safe, high-quality products.
• Partner across the business to support quality management and training.
• Develop strategic and tactical plans, track progress against KPIs, and deliver on quality and compliance goals.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
