This position is casual, casual being as and when required.You will be based in Tauranga, with the potential opportunity to provide cover to our colleagues based in Whakatane.About the Team / Service / LocationYou will work within a close team who provide speech language therapy services to both inpatients and outpatients in clinic and community settings.For more information on living and working in the Bay of Plenty click hereAbout YouThe position would suit a clinician with experience in the health sector working with adults or paediatrics.You Will NeedPrevious clinical dysphagia training would be advantageous.Sound knowledge of the use of informal and formal assessment tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.The ability to work well within a team to achieve patient and whanau focused goals and a focus on evidence-based practice.Equity in support for Maori is a priority.Working at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
