Job descriptionQualified Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist, ideally with experience in the dental industry (e.g., Dental Assisting or prior OHT / Hygiene experience). Registered or eligible for registration with the Dental Council of New Zealand (DCNZ). Hold a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC), or be able to obtain one. Collaborative team player committed to delivering high-quality care. Balance-focused schedule : 4-5 days per week across multiple Lumino practices with no weekends. Competitive compensation : commission or hourly rates tailored to experience, plus professional development support. Oral Health Therapist | Multi-Site, Wellington. Join Lumino The Dentists, New Zealand’s largest dental network and a key part of Abano Healthcare. We operate across 126 practices nationwide, delivering high-quality care with a focus on clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and patient-centred service. We support professional development and offer opportunities to grow within a progressive and well-supported network.
Responsibilities
- Provide Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist services across two to three established Lumino practices in Wellington (Lumino Courtenay Place, Lumino Karori, Lumino Porirua).
- Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality, ethical, and empathetic patient care.
- Maintain a fully booked schedule with a loyal patient base and strong referrals from in-house dentists.
- Operate with flexibility to work 4 or 5 days a week, with a schedule that avoids weekends.
- Participate in professional development and mentoring to support ongoing growth.
