Financial Analyst I Full Time, Permanent

He aha te tūnga | About the role

We’re looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. You’ll play a key role in monitoring and analysing revenue, expenses, and cashflow, turning numbers into clear insights that support smart decision-making across the organisation.

You’ll work across a variety of services and contracts, becoming the go-to person for budget vs actuals analysis, month-end reviews, and implementing smarter, more efficient systems. You’ll also assist with cashflow forecasting and create tools in Excel and PowerBI to present data in a way that’s easy to understand and use.

Working closely with hoa mahi, you’ll maintain the accuracy of financial data in Xero, contribute to ongoing system improvements, and help strengthen the organisation’s overall financial processes.

Ngā pūkenga me whai | Your skills and experience

• Fundamental accounting knowledge and qualifications
• An eye for detail and can recognise patterns and trends and provide sound advice
• Experience in the use of Xero
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
• Great team player skills and is willing to roll up their sleeves.
