We have an opportunity for a passionate people leader in our successful, fast paced and high-energy Regulatory Services Group.

This is for a fixed te

You will be responsible for 11 team members who are often the first contact point with our customers.

The team provides support on consenting and compliance processes across the Regulatory Group in the areas of building, planning, food, health and more.

You will be a quick learner who will easily grasp the Regulatory Groups purpose and objectives.

You get excited helping people figure things out with your solution focused approach to issues.

Prioritizing your time and making decisions as to how best you and your team can accomplish goals will pose no issues.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will

Display incredible attention to detail; you pick everything up.

Be passionate about coaching staff and enabling them to be the best.

Be organised, with a great sense of humour and a smile.

Display sound decision-making skills and find prioritising a breeze to just get the job done.

Be able to develop strong relationships making sure we keep our finger on the pulse and meet the needs of the Group.
