New Home Sales Consultant – Residential Construction

About the Role

This is not your typical sales role. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you’ll be a trusted partner to clients—guiding them through every step of the journey from initial contact to pre-construction handover.

Based in Porirua, you’ll cover the wider Wellington region including Porirua, Kapiti Coast, Hutt Valley, and Wairarapa. You’ll split your time between the Waikanae show home and the Porirua office.

Your responsibilities will include :

Hosting clients in show homes, creating a warm and professional experience.

Following up on leads with urgency and care.

Conducting initial consultations to understand site details, budgets, and preferences.

Facilitating design and specification processes using internal systems.

Collaborating with design teams to bring client visions to life.

Managing documentation and schedules for quoting and contract presentation.

Presenting contracts with precision and ensuring client sign-off.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings :

Proven experience in residential sales, new home construction, or a related field.

Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Confidence in networking, lead generation, and relationship building.

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
