We provide a 24 / 7 rehabilitation service that offers clinical support, vocational opportunities, and life skills programmes.As a Support Workeron the night shifts at our secure facility you will be managing risk and maintaining safety throughout the night.
You will be monitoring the people we support and helping withindividual needswhen required.Someone with life experience who knows how to stand strong and stay calmA calm nature, resilience and confidence to work with challenging behaviours.Physically fit and confident in high-pressure situationsAbility to work in an environment with diverse individuals, being open-minded and non-judgmental in your approach.Comfortable and proficient in using computers and tablets daily.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A Full NZ driver's license orability to gain this within 6 months.Nou te rourou | What's in it for you?
