Business Development Consultant | Hamilton

Rentokil Initial has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Consultant to join our Bird Exclusion Team . The position is based out of Hamilton and will require you to travel as you will be covering Central North Island . We are looking for an experienced sales individual with outstanding communication skills, persistence, resilience and an extreme level of drive and motivation.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For

• Identifying, targeting and developing new and existing business opportunities, predominantly in the Central Island, for our specialist bird exclusion services which includes structural design
• Providing customers with relevant information on new products, services, compliance and market / industry developments
• Implementing market-driven and customer-specific sales strategies.
• Developing, strengthening and reinforcing strategic business relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders such as; construction and architecture
• Surveying, specification and quoting directly to new customers
• Maintaining and improving knowledge of the company product range, competitor products and general market information to add value to customer interactions
