Overview

Technical Delivery Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 role within the DXC Practice for Microsoft. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to oversee technical managed services and enhancement delivery within the D365 Customer Engagement (CE) ecosystem. NZ citizenship is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end support and enhancement of D365 CE and integration solutions, ensuring delivery is timely and within budget.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform and related technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the managed services team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical delivery commitments made by DXC to clients; manage delivery expectations and address technical queries.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding objectives, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Be accountable for productivity and efficiency, leveraging automation, analytics, and data-driven insights.
• Provide hands-on delivery leadership to ensure outcomes meet expectations and maintain delivery quality.
• Collaborate with capability and offering teams to bring innovative technologies and ideas to clients.
• Maintain quality discipline across services to ensure consistent excellence.
• Lead and develop teams, focusing on engagement, skill development, and recognition.
