About the role :

Reporting to theFood & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that all restaurant operations are run efficiently. Key responsibilities will be :

• Assist in managing the daily operations and help deliver the best guest experience
• Lead and mentor the Restaurant team alongside the Food & Beverage Manager and create help shape a collaborative culture
• Implement and maintain operational standards, ensuring efficiency delivery of the highest standards of service
• Assisting of the management of the team when required, rosters, daily briefings, onboarding
• Liaise with the other departments in the hotel on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations
