Overview

Established in 1971, MPE Ltd designs and manufactures components for agricultural and industrial applications for our vast clients in the lower South Island.

The company is the best-equipped dedicated precision engineering workshop in Southland, using the latest in design software and CNC equipment in conjunction with traditional lathes, mills, and other engineering equipment to complete its work.

Role and requirements

Due to company growth, we are seeking an individual with experience in manual turning and milling equipment, as well as some fabrication skills. Ideally, you will be trade qualified; however, we would consider and support a candidate who has almost completed their trade certification, or someone who has been working in this space where their experience speaks volumes in the absence of a trade qualification.

Work details

This role is for a minimum of 40 hours a week, with overtime available as and when work dictates.
