Casual Traffic Management & Road Worker Roles

Tradestaff Christchurch are hiring! Looking out for candidates that have a full license as well as those interested in over night and away work! Generous penalty rates available!

What You’ll Do :

Assist with traffic management on a variety of roadwork projects, including setting up traffic cones, signs, and barriers.
Direct traffic safely and efficiently, ensuring smooth flow and protecting the safety of workers and the public.
Work as part of a team to support road construction and maintenance.
Stay on-site for overnight shifts and assist with out-of-town assignments when required.
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

What You Need :

Full, clean Class 1 driver’s licence (or international equivalent).

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, with ongoing random testing.

Clean criminal record.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including overnight and out-of-town assignments.

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Previous experience in traffic management or roadwork is a bonus but not essential.
