Senior Electrical Engineer
Join our Wellington Building Services team as a Senior Electrical Engineer and take ownership of key electrical engineering responsibilities for infrastructure and building projects in New Zealand and internationally.
With your electrical design experience, you'll provide technical advice and consultancy services to a diverse range of clients and projects.
You will lead a range of varied and challenging design projects, applying your expertise across electrical engineering to develop innovative solutions for our clients.
Your professional brand and networks will help secure work for the national team and ensure quality local client relationships.
About you :
Over 8 years' experience in electrical engineering, specialising in infrastructure and building projects
Knowledge of relevant technical standards, legislation, codes of practice, and New Zealand standards
Proficient with PowerCAD, Dialux, Revit, and Bluebeam software tools
Proven ability to develop designs from concept to construction, solve problems as part of a team, and deliver design documentation at every milestone
Hold (or working towards) BE Electrical and CPEng qualifications (or equivalent)
Effective planning of design tasks; creative and client-focused
Collaborative and strong relationship builder
