About the role
This is a new full-time, in-person role designed to keep our operations running smoothly.
As our Office Manager, you'll be the go-to person who keeps everything humming : this means being front of house / reception, print & production management, and the many other moving parts of our creative agency.
You'll be the first friendly face clients see when they walk through the door, the helpful voice on the phone, and the organisational backbone that supports our marketing specialists, designers and video team to focus on what they do best.
No two days will be the same - one moment you'll be managing print collateral into production, the next you'll be coordinating supplies, supporting the team with admin, or just helping make the office an inspiring place to work.
Your key responsibilities will include :
Front of house duties - greeting clients, answering calls, managing enquiries
Overseeing print production and liaising with suppliers
Managing general office administration (from supplies to systems)
Supporting the team with job coordination and client communications
Helping maintain our project management and CRM systems
Coordinating internal events, meetings, and the occasional team lunch
This is a hands-on, people-focused role that's central to our agency operations.
About you
You're the kind of person who loves bringing structure to chaos, thrives in a busy creative environment, and takes pride in being the one everyone can rely on.
You're proactive, adaptable, and know how to juggle tasks without dropping the ball.
Have strong organisational and time management skills
Be confident, friendly, and great with people
Have excellent attention to detail (and can spot a typo from a mile away)
Be comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
Have experience in an admin, office, or coordination role
Be tech-savvy, familiar with Microsoft 365, CRMs, and cloud systems
Take initiative and look for ways to improve systems or processes
Bring a positive attitude and genuine care for the people you work with
Bonus points if you've worked in a creative or marketing environment before, but it's not a deal breaker.
