Quarry Supervisor

Are you an experienced Quarryman looking for a chance to lead or an experienced Supervisor ready for their next opportunity?

My client based in Queenstown is looking for a Quarry Supervisor to join their growing team.

In this role you'll be working closely with the Quarry General Manager to run daily operations, machinery, staff and administration.

With a mix of

• on the tools and in the office, the right candidate will be able to demonstrate their abilities on Excavators and Loaders along with maintaining their equipment to a high standard.

What We're Looking For : Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in quarrying or a similar industry Familiarity with crushing and / or screening plants Knowledge of health safety, risk management systems, and quarry product specifications A strong leader who can motivate a small team to work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively Commitment to maintaining a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with procedures A proactive approach to improving production processes and material quality Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to lead by example, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines Experience managing labour hours and controlling costs Current W, T, R licences A Grade Quarry Manager Certificate (or working towards it) What We Offer : Competitive salary package, $100,000 - $120,000 + Company vehicle Relocation Assistance + Company health insurance Well-maintained equipment with permanent, stable employment Potential for flexible working hours Ongoing career development opportunities If this role is for you, now is the time to get in touch with Max Goodman from Stellar Recruitment at
