Quantity Surveyor & Project Manager

Join a well-established construction and engineering team with nearly 50 years’ experience delivering some of New Zealand’s most complex structural steel projects.

We’re looking for Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers to join a team working on one of Dunedin’s largest-ever construction projects...you guessed it!

As a site-based QS, you’ll be hands-on managing cost planning, estimating, contracts, and budgets across a complex build, working closely with designers, fabrication teams, and on-site crews.

Project Managers will lead the day-to-day running of the project, coordinating teams, schedules, budgets, and safety to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We’re looking for people with :

• 5+ years’ experience in construction or structural steel projects
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, or project delivery
• Commercial awareness with a focus on quality and efficiency
