The role

As GM Digital Delivery & Change, you'll lead the initiation, implementation and successful delivery of digital programmes, projects and change initiatives that enable Vector's transformation agenda.

You'll drive delivery excellence and embed robust change management practices to maximise business value, ensuring measurable outcomes that align with our strategic goals.

Reporting to the Chief Digital & Data Officer, you'll champion fit-for-purpose delivery methodologies, maintain a "single pane of glass" view of all digital programmes, and foster a culture of agility, innovation and continuous improvement.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, a coach to delivery teams, and a driver of customer-centric and employee-centric change practices.

Who are we looking for?

We're seeking a proven digital leader who can deliver complex, enterprise-wide transformation.

You'll bring :

Extensive senior leadership experience in programme delivery and change within digital or technology functions

Demonstrated success delivering large-scale digital programmes and transformations, with strong commercial acumen and budget management

Deep understanding of digital technologies, trends and delivery methodologies

Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills at all levels

Outstanding leadership, coaching and team-building abilities, with a track record of driving high performance and cultural alignment.
