The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am–5 : 00pm
The Clinical Nurse Specialist will lead through direct and indirect engagement with tāngata whai ora, taiohi and the wider team. You will assess and manage complex cases, contribute to case reviews, and offer clinical input across the region. Many people we walk alongside experience co-existing physical health concerns, and this role ensures their total wellbeing is supported.
You will provide expert nursing leadership, and deliver culturally safe, evidence-based care. You will work collaboratively with clinical teams, GPs, Team Coaches, and kaimahi. You’ll also guide and mentor kaimahi to strengthen clinical capability and outcomes.
You will report to a Team coach responsible for the operational management of a mobile service; working alongside a registered nurse and support workers.
